Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply for international orders and will be added at checkout. We are not responsible for the payment of any duties, taxes or other fees assessed to international shipments and are not responsible for any delays or other issues that may arise when shipping internationally.
Once an order is processed, it will take 1-5 business days to arrive for US deliveries depending on your location. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 3-10 days. If an item is out of stock, please expect 2-4 weeks for your order to be handmade and ready to ship. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly at email@example.com and we’ll take you through the process. We will accept returns of all new, unused jewelry within 7 days of delivery confirmation date with original packaging in perfect condition, subject to a $15 restocking fee. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered in any way will not be accepted. All prior shipping charges are non refundable. Customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with any returns, and we recommend that you insure any shipments for up to the value of the returned item.

We are committed to ethical practices throughout our business, starting with where our stones and materials come from. So you can rest assured that we would never work with or sell a conflict diamond or gemstone.
We offer one free ring resize in the first 30 days after you receive your ring, and for a nominal fee after that.
